Can I sign up for Internet and/or TV Services with O-NET?

If you are located in Olds, AB, please note that services are currently being migrated from O-NET to TELUS. An O-NET customer service representative can collect your information and submit it to TELUS, after which a TELUS representative will contact you to discuss available services and options. What changes for O-NET customers today?

No changes. Your current residential services, prices, bills, support hours, and contact information remain the same.

What does this mean for long-term changes?

TELUS is investing in infrastructure to deliver PureFibre. You will benefit from Canada’s fastest ISP with speeds up to 5 Gigabit.

Can I still upgrade or make changes to my O-NET services?

Yes. If you require a package change we can make those changes. However if you need new services we can get a TELUS team member to call and assist you with new services. Please call us at 1-403-556-6638 for more information.

I am moving, can I move my O-NET services?

Please call us at 1-403-556-6638 and a customer service representative will coordinate services at your new address.

Will there be any disruption to my services?

You will be notified of any service changes during the transition.

When will I have to switch to TELUS services?

TELUS will contact you with availability and offers for various products and services in your area. To ensure we provide the best service to everyone, we are migrating customers in phases. If you have received your email notification, please be aware that others, including your friends and family, may receive theirs at a later time.
