Phone Support – Voicemail

When accessing your voicemail for the fist time you will need to go through the prompts to set up you voicemail before you can use it.

Logging into your Voicemail

1. Dial *97 to reach the Voicemail system
2. When prompted for your mailbox number, enter your full 10 digit phone number (e.g. 4035566638) and then press the # key
3. When prompted to enter your password, enter your four digit pin number followed by the # key. This number would be given to you during the original installation, if you do not know it, please contact tech support

A prompt will sound instructing you to choose a new pin number.

1. Enter a new four digit pin followed by the # key
2. Confirm by keying in the same pin again followed by the # key

The next prompt will instruct you to record your new greeting when someone leaves a voicemail

1. At the tone, record a greeting message
2. Press any key on your phone to end the recording

When not home, you can check your voicemails by following these steps:

1. Call you home telephone number.
2. When you reach your voice mail greeting press *.
3. Enter your password and press #.

4. Follow the prompts to access new voicemail messages, or to change your voicemail greeting

2. Press 5 to access settings.
3. Press 3 and follow the voice prompts to change your password.

1. Dial *97 to reach the Voicemail system
2. Press 5 to access settings.
3. To record mailbox greeting, press 1.
4. To record your name press 2.
5. Follow the voice prompts.

1. Dial *97 to reach the Voicemail system
2. Press 7 while voicemail is playing, or after it has finished, to delete

Your mailbox number is your full ten-digit phone number (e.g., 4035560000).
