Voicemail to Email

If voicemail to email is turned on in your account, when someone leaves you a voicemail, you will automatically be sent an email with an mp3 recording of the voice mail attached.

Call technical support if you would like voicemail to email turned on. Please have the following information ready:

  1. The service address or account number.
  2. Your phone number.
  3. The email address you would like your voicemail recordings sent to.

Call Waiting

  1. If call waiting is turned on, you will hear a beep on the line when a second call comes in.
  2. To place the first call on hold and answer the second call, press the phone’s link or flash button, or press the receiver for 1 second.
  3. To return to the first call, press the phone’s link or flash button, or press the receiver for 1 second. The second call will be placed on hold.

Three Way Calling

  1. Dial the first number to connect with the first caller.
  2. Press your receiver, link or flash button for one second.
  3. Listen for a dial tone.
  4. Dial the number of the third person.
  5. When he or she answers, press your receiver, link or flash button to establish your three-way connection.
  6. If the third person’s line is busy or there is no answer, press your receiver, link or flash button twice to return to the person on hold.

How do I access voicemail

Method 1

  1. Dial your phone number on one of your home telephones.
  2. Enter your password and press #.

Method 2

  1. Dial *98 on one of your home telephones.
  2. Enter your password and press # (the default password is the last four digits of your phone number or extension).

How do I check my voicemail remotely

When not home, you can check your voicemails by following these steps:

  1. Call you home telephone number.
  2. When you reach your voice mail greeting press *.
  3. Enter your password and press #.

How do I check my voicemail messages

  1. Press 1 to listen to new messages.
  2. Press 2 to listen to saved messages.
    • To save a message press 1 while it is playing or after it has finished
    • To repeat a message press 2 while it is playing or after it has finished
    • To delete a message press 7 while it is playing or after it has finished

How do I change my password

  1. Press 5 to access settings.
  2. Press 3 and follow the voice prompts to change your password.

How to do I change my greeting

  1. Press 5 to access settings.
  2. To record mailbox greeting, press 1.
  3. To record your name press 2.
  4. Follow the voice prompts.

How do I delete messages

Press 7 while it is playing, or after it has finished, to delete.

What is my mailbox number

Your mailbox number is your full ten-digit phone number (e.g., 4035560000).

Call forwarding

To Turn Call Forwarding On

  1. Dial *72 on your phone.
  2. The voice will prompt you to enter the number that you want your calls forwarded to.
  3. Enter the full number and press #(e.g., 4035560000#).
  4. The voice will confirm that call forwarding has been turned on.

To Turn Call Forwarding Off

  1. Dial *73 on your phone.
  2. The voice prompt will confirm that call forwarding has been turned off

Toggle Call Forward

This lets you quickly turn call forwarding on or off using the last number that you used for call forwarding.

  1. Dial *74 on your phone.
  2. If call forwarding is turned off, this will turn it on, forwarding your calls to the last number you used for call forwarding.
  3. If call forwarding is turned on, this will turn it off.
